Operations Manager

The Role:

On a daily basis, the Operations Manager for our Center of Excellence (COE) team works directly with our Account and Submission teams to complete multiple digital projects across the agency. The COE works with our teams in coordination and tactical execution of advertising for clients. You will meaningfully contribute to the life cycle of engaging digital tactics for healthcare advertising.

You will be customer-focused, highly organized, energetic and enthusiastic, passionate about efficient delivery of healthcare communications. This is a remote role and will report into a Senior Operations Manager.

You will:

• Manage the full range of digital deliverables (email, web banners, websites, Veeva, social media) through final delivery
• Prepare and QC digital tactic submissions through go live
• Review prepared tactics and provides real-time feedback to ensure continued quality work produced
• Liaise with company partners and team members to ensure projects route and deploy efficiently and compliantly
• Partner with account management to ensure the project team is aligned on project requirements.
• Perform digital QA, ensure all updates work correctly
• Partner with vendors to ensure specs and project parameters are followed
• Partner with team members to create unique solutions when needed
• Interact with clients to relay project plan, timing, and potential risks
• Bring superb internal and external communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Independently complete responsibilities with a high level of comfort working in virtual environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Comfort using digital routing platforms, such as Workfront, JIRA, content management systems, or similar project management tools
• Ability to complete responsibilities with a high level of comfort working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with the pharma, healthcare, or similar industry a plus
