About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Director (Copy) for Inizio Evoke. As a VP, CD/Copy, you are a conceptual leader, assigned to lead one large or a collections of smaller accounts with a CD/Art partner. You will ensure the quality of the creative output to meet our clients' strategies and objectives. As a VP, CD/Copy, you are expected to understand and contribute to both the copy and the visual expression of the ideas your team puts forth. This role can be hybrid or fully remote and will report to the SVP, Group Creative Director. You may be required to support West Coast working hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptual leader who sets and raises the bar for content development
• Collaborate with others to help solve problems
• Remain constantly aware of new developments within the industry to better service assigned clients
• Create campaigns that live above one channel and guides the execution of tactics tailored to each.
• Understand the "big picture" and use that knowledge to guide the programs of work assigned. Support planning and strategy in the development of creative or project briefs
• Lead the development and evolution of a brand style guide, acts as brand steward
• A true performer. Can draw their audience in and let them feel the energy of an idea
• Manage direct reports; ensure they are following agency process and direct teams to deliver excellence
• Develop creative and managerial skills of direct and skip level reports
• Major presence in pitches, from creating to managing to presenting
• Understand proposed budgets/staffing
• Occasional travel to the client (San Francisco)

About You

You have an organized approach to work and appreciate working in an entrepreneurial environment. You have a sense of humor, bring out the best in others, and is constantly growing. While process is important, you are not beholden to systems and is most concerned with providing the client with terrific solutions.

What you'll bring:

• 12+ years of experience in marketing/advertising communications on a full range of tactics
• 4+ years management experience
• Experience writing for HCPs
• An understanding of the drug development and commercialization process
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to work collaboratively
